Our Plus camps offer campers half a day of a specialized program, and half a day of diverse activities in our Day Camp. This programming lets campers focus on a passion or interest and develop skills in that area, along with experiencing the varied fun and spirit of our Day Camp. Campers make connections with each other in their focused activity, while bonding and being part of a group in the greater camp community. Whether they invent something in the Ciongoli Center for Innovation, practice their strokes on the tennis or squash courts, collaborate on a performance in the Center for the Arts, or swim with their friends, campers get to take full advantage of all our facilities have to offer.
Focus and Fun
Children can experience the best of both worlds in our Plus Camps. Learn more about:
The Plus Camps offer campers the opportunity to engage in a specialized activity for half of the day and participate in Fessenden Day Camp for part of the day.
We require a minimum of two consecutive weeks of enrollment (which can be a combination of Plus Camp weeks and/or Day Camp weeks) for each camper during the Summer Core Weeks.
We strive to have a balance of ages, and a mix of boys and girls, in the Plus Camps. This impacts the number of spaces available for a given age or gender in the Plus Camps.
Weeks enrolled in the Plus Camps count towards the two-week minimum for Day Camp. Weeks enrolled in the Plus Camps are included in the multiple week and sibling discounts for enrollments of 4 weeks or more.
