Coding Camp
Coding teaches valuable skills for any future career and also builds skills for school and life. It’s an excellent way to learn soft skills, like creativity, confidence, and communication, that are hugely important for kids to thrive in the future. Fessenden Summer Camps has partnered with iCode Wellesley to offer several age-appropriate Coding Camp experiences focused on a variety of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) related topics. Campers will spend half a day at Coding Camp and the other half of the day enjoying traditional Day Camp activities, including free swim.

- Description: Artificial Intelligence is all around us and on everyone’s lips. In this camp, campers will be introduced to types of intelligence and What is Artificial intelligence. They will be instructed to distinguish whether it’s truly AI or programmed behavior using examples we will explore types of artificial intelligence. We will dive into types of AI and what makes AI work. Understanding how AI learns, they will then identify what specific AI programs are good at. Using various tools. we will dive into AI that is good at one or multiple things.
